We are a group of enthusiastic professional facilitators with an international background and experience in group process design, collaboration methods, conflict resolution and mediation, lean process & project development, as well as leadership development.
We base our work on a combination of academic research and hands-on knowledge about change. Our facilitation practice is guided by the competences and ethical principles of The International Association of Facilitators.
The role of CEO includes many kinds of challenges and at times I felt quite stressed. The presence
of a pleasant facilitator helped me to structure the issues better and with the right questions I
started to find words to describe and analyse my thoughts.
There was need for external help in an important part of the process and the experience and
methods offered by Xpedio were an excellent fit to the situation!
A key characteristic of Xpedio’s trainings is that they offer ready-to-use tools but not ready-to-use answers.
This has been a proficiently planned journey. People have been treated as humans. People were
open to do things together and they dared to show their own abilities in a new light. The CFO of

People who participated in the LEGO Serious Play Workshop have changed the way they
cooperate. It’s more open, liberated, they are telling it like it is. It benefits the whole operation.
The best thing in collaboration with Xpedio has been careful design of the trainings together with
the client. With Xpedio’s support we have managed to channel the development of a large group
of managers to the same direction.
With Xpedio we have carried out some development and change project. As fruits of the
collaboration we have received concrete tools for developing sales and customer experience. Also
the collaboration between teams and stakeholders has greatly improved, thanks to this

We worked with Xpedio to implement a leadership program for our new foremen. They provided us with three interactive coaches related to conflict handling, time management and delegation, and meeting facilitation. Our participants were given concrete tools for everyday work situations that were easy to put into practice. The Xpedion coach met our expectations for implementations (and often exceeded them), and always asked for feedback, which I greatly appreciate.
Xpedio delivered a two-module online training to our customer service experts on how to deal with challenging customer situations. The collaboration and communication with Xpedio’s trainer was fluent and the training was well adapted to the online environment. The training awakened the participants to observe their own behaviour from new perspectives.
Xpedio’s lectures and workshops for our leadership team have been well planned and executed, even during these remote times, and always tailored to suit our specific needs. With concrete examples and exercises our leads have gained knowledge and tools to help them with their everyday work, from giving feedback to dealing with emotions at work.
